Nalu Medical, Inc. is Hiring a Sales Support Associate Near Carlsbad, CA
- Ensures representative field stock is maintained in support of upcoming sales forecasts
- Receive, verify and process billing forms from representatives
- Generate sales orders and issue invoices to customer sites in a timely manner; including issue resolution
- Manages sales order process in accordance with forecast and contract adherence
- Manages all customer supplied invoices as needed
- Communicates and resolves issues with client, management, and operations staff
- Executes/facilitates routine requests such as inventory cycle count requests, batch status requests, sample requests, and documentation/paperwork requests between headquarters and sales representative organization
- Submitting of payments from customers
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred; Associate’s degree, minimum requirement
- Strong attention to detail and experience working in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in science, business, or customer support related field
- Previous medical device industry experience preferred
